How do I configure Wamp to allow remote access to phpMyAdmin alias?

I changed d: / wamp / alias / phpmyadmin. conf

AllowOveride all
Order allow, deny
Allow from all

Access is prohibited unless http://localhost/phpmyadmin I still beat him while connected to the server.

    We want to make sure that any user Apache is running as has read / execute access to that directory, then I would start there.
    Perhaps in a stroke:
    Options Indexes FollowSymLinks
    Sometimes it helps me to run in Windows, but can not compete with a good environment of the old lamp;]
