You can load a MySQL database without using phpMyAdmin?

Hey guys I'm having trouble uploading a MySQL database for my website. Its about 170kb and every time I try to load the phpMyAdmin web cast on my cpanel stopped working to give me a timeout error. Entonces, ¿hay otra forma de carga a base de datos MySQL y mi servidor de poder verlo?
