My laptop runs on Vista basic, 1gb ram, intel dual core 1. 6 cpu and no video card (shared video). I am having problem watching live video streaming on pc because of the constant stuttering although my USB tv receiver play TV programs smoothly. Anyone got any suggestions to rid of the stuttering ?
